Scrum is a seemingly simple process framework that can have profound effects on teams and organizations positively. A ScrumMaster is responsible to help everyone involved to understand and embrace Scrum values and practices.

The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a two day workshop with introduction to concepts of Scrum, the most popular and widely used Agile framework. Each participant will gain knowledge as well as practical experience working with Scrum elements such as the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning etc. Participants leave knowing how to apply Scrum to various complexities and sizes of projects, from a single collocated team to a large team. This course will train you to become a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), a certification offered by Scrum Alliance to participants who have successfully completed a CSM classroom course and demonstrate their understanding through the CSM test.
