Certified Scrum Product Owner®

DETAILS:

Welcome to the ScrumAlliance Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO) Certification class.  

This will be highly practical and interactive 2 day workshop with NO POWERPOINT, but through hands on activities, games, interactions, case studies, and real time examples

This workshop will answer various questions on agile product management, discovery and delivery from the lens of the Product Owners. 

It  will start with understanding the need and wants to solve the pains and problems and provide meaningful gains to customers, end users and stakeholders through the product development (Services / Solutions)

A role (Product Owner) aligns strategy and execution through the product backlog management. You’ll be learning about the Product Owner role from experience and seasoned practitioner herself.

At the end of this Workshop, you will be ready as a certified scrum product owner not only to fulfill all market demands but also to answer the questions on the following

• Product owner core competencies 
• Describing the purpose and strategy
• Understanding customers and users
• Validating product assumptions
• Working with Product Backlog

PREREQUISITE

To earn your CSPO certificate you’re required to complete the 2 days CSPO course from a ScrumAlliance authorized Certified Scrum Trainer. NO Specific work experience is required for the course, however, CSM certification or some Scrum knowledge is recommended.

EXAM DETAILS:

No Exam.

PDU / SEU :

After attending two days CSPO course, you will earn 16 PDU/SEU

What NEXT:

Following the successful completion of the course, you will be awarded Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owner (CSPO) certification. This certification includes 2 year membership to ScrumAlliance, where access to member only materials and information is available.
