CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner Course - is trained by Scrum Alliance certified trainer CST and you will definitely enjoy it.

Join the training lead by author of the popular book The Great ScrumMaster: #ScrumMasterWay and get hands-on experience on how to start your career as the great Product Owner and master you Scrum and Product Owner skills.

We look at Scrum from the Product Owner point of view, covering several concepts on how to create a product and build Product Backlog. We cover not only Scrum but Agile Product Ownership as well.

You will understand Agile mindset and culture from a different angle, learn new principles and get new ideas.

The course is interactive full of simulations, exercises and games.

After the training you will fully understand the Scrum process, your role as Product Owner, and will be ready to apply Agile and Scrum principles to your company and product / project management.

Certification

At the end of the 2 days course you will get a Scrum Alliance certification - Certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Alliance membership for 2 years.

Ms. Sochova was an excellent instructor and made the course fun.

This is a great course for learning about product journey and agile methodology.

liked the course- some of the games/cases should be and can be more relatable and real life based.

The course is quite tightly packet in terms of material, but the instructor was very knowledgeable and a good moderator, managing to lead us all successfuly through it.

The content of the training was solid, but it seems better suited for companies that develop their own products and ideas. In our case, where we receive detailed specifications from the client and must strictly follow predefined acceptance criteria, this approach is difficult to apply in practice. Additionally, the trainer’s attitude did not feel appropriate. The atmosphere was somewhat tense and not very relaxed, with moments of a rather condescending tone in communication.

The course is good, interacting with professionals across countries and professions is very helpful

Tutor is a great communicator. I had fun learning.
