Good Training

A huge thank you to the trainer for such a vibrant, insightful, and well-facilitated workshop! I loved how hands-on and engaging the exercises were — they truly bridged the gap between dry theory and real-world Product Ownership challenges. The team dynamics, collaborative energy, and safe learning environment were incredible. I walk away with practical tools that I can immediately apply in my daily work, and a renewed confidence in guiding product vision and trusting the team. Highly recommended!

There were 2 active days full of different excercises to bring us back to Business Value, to help prioritise and to dare to trash the overcomplicated backlog.

A very insightful course, definitely worth attending! Zuzi, many thanks!

Great training!

Great course from a great instructor

Well structured training, sometime clear advice missing, better work with training atmosphere will help with active training approach. Key message for each topic area can help you better remember.

I recently completed the CSPO training with Zuzana Sochová, and it exceeded all my expectations. The course was exceptionally well designed, highly interactive, and engaging from start to finish. Instead of relying on theory alone, Zuzana combined team exercises, simulations, games, practical examples, and thought-provoking discussions that helped us truly understand the Product Owner role and Agile mindset. What impressed me most was how seamlessly everything fit into the agenda. Every activity had a clear purpose and was delivered within a perfectly structured timebox, creating a natural sense of urgency and focus without ever feeling rushed. This allowed us to experience firsthand the value of prioritization, collaboration, and iterative learning. Zuzana's facilitation skills, energy, and ability to connect concepts with real-world situations made the learning experience both enjoyable and highly practical. I would highly recommend this CSPO training to anyone looking not only to earn the certification but also to gain a deep understanding of Product Ownership and Agile product development. Five stars.
