Course

CSM - Certified Scrum Master course is a unique opportunity to look at Scrum from the ScrumMaster point of view. You will definitely enjoy it. The course gives participants hands-on experience using Scrum in an interactive form – the training is full of simulations, exercises, group discussions, and games.

Join the training lead by author of the popular book The Great ScrumMaster: #ScrumMasterWay and get hands-on experience on how to start your career as the great ScrumMaster and master you ScrumMaster skills.

We look at Scrum from the ScrumMaster point of view, covering several concepts on how to build a great team, #ScrumMasterWay, and ScrumMaster State of Mind model.

At the end of the training you will understand fundamentals of Scrum and Agile mindset and culture, learn new principles and get new ideas. You will fully understand the Scrum process, your role as Scrum Master, and will be ready to apply Scrum and Agile principles to your company and environment.

Training is facilitated by author of popular books The Great ScrumMaster: #ScrumMasterWay and Agilní metody řízení projektů (in Czech).

Certification

After the course you will get a Scrum Alliance certification - Certified Scrum Master. There are two free attempts to finalize online test at Scrum Alliance website for every CSM course participants included in the price. You have 90 days to pass the online CSM test. To get a passing score, you must correctly answer 24 of the 35 questions. As soon as you pass the online test you will gain the Certified Scrum Master certification.

A lot of valuable experiences, with a structured and vivid presentation. The drawings were impressive and very helpful for remembering the content. There very stricter time management - well needed, sometimes to "harsh". At times, some responses to certain questions felt unusual, which created a sense of psychological discomfort and made participants more hesitant to engage in conversation and debate.

Very engaging; The class was very action-packed, but felt like there was no rush - there was time for discussion and the theory was neatly packed into real-world examples, easily applicable to my environment.

Zuzi was absolutely perfect, honest, she has many years of experience which she used as an example, her way of teaching changed my view about Agile and Scrum itself..I will surely attend more classes with her.

I enjoyed this course with Zuzi very much!. One of the biggest takeaways from this journey is that the role of a Scrum Master is very different from project management. It’s not about authority or direct delivery—it’s about facilitating, coaching, and teaching teams to be self-managing, efficient, and aligned with Agile principles. Letting go of the “project manager hat” was challenging at first, but it opened my eyes to how powerful servant leadership can be in helping teams succeed. I’m looking forward to applying these skills to support teams in achieving their goals, sprint by sprint!

too much irrelevant information, many exercise which was nice, but on the other hand i don't understand scrum concept well enough
