2014/11/05-07 認定スクラムマスター研修 in 東京　〜基礎から応用へ〜

It was worth to learn about scrum, and I guess Mr. Ebata is great instructor.

Through the training, I was repeatedly and clearly taught the essential behaviors of a Scrum Master, which left a deep impression on me. From that experience, I felt a renewed desire to promote authentic Scrum practices.

The reason I decided to take this program was because my company uses Scrum, and I was assigned to be a Scrum Master. Since I don't have a background as an engineer, I felt like I was at a disadvantage. Therefore, I needed to learn more than just practical experience and develop the right mindset. I believe this program provided exactly what I was hoping for. It went beyond what was written in books, teaching content that was up-to-date with current realities. The discussions with the instructor provided excellent insights into my way of thinking. He not only provided knowledge but also encouraged participants to think critically, and flexibly adjusted the program content to match the participants' understanding levels. I believe he is an excellent instructor.

スクラムガイドを一人で眺めているだけでは理解がしづらかった内容を、場の状態を観察しながら適切でわかりやすい形で学べたと感じました。 学習の環境も狙って作り出してくれたなぁと感じており、3日間で大きな学びやアンテナを獲得できました。 また親切さ根気強さも感じており、受講中の質問はもちろん、受講後もずっとサポートすると何度も仰ってくださっており、本気で取り組む人には本気で向き合ってくれると感じています。 とても満足度の高いコースでした。ありがとうございます。
