Zoltan Sipkai

Zoltan Sipkai is a Scrummaster at Perform (http://www.performgroup.co.uk/About) what is a leading digital sports content and media group. He is responsible for servant leadership of a pilot Agile team (in an offshore office at Ness) and is involved in the Agile transformation of the company. 

He started his professional career as scrum developer, but as he is always interested in exploring new areas, he shortly became Certified Scum Master. He found out that the Agile Methodologies, the Scrummastership is what he really loves and motivates him. As he wanted to get help out in Project Management he visited the Certified Scrum Product Owner training and later successfully applied for Certified Scrum Professional badge. He became a passionate Agilist who is trying to constantly improve his Agile knowledge as in his opinion understanding some of the key Agile engineering concepts is as important as understanding the technical practices. 

His goal is keeping teams focused and delivering success in rapidly evolving and dynamic environments.
