Don't be fooled by the title.  Although according to my HR department, I am a 'Sr. Product Development Manager' and yet I neither manage nor develop product.  The reason I tell you this?  My leadership philosophy is that management is doing things right but leadership is doing the right things (thanks Peter F. Drucker).  A more accurate title would be Product Development Leader and even then, I don't do any development of product but rather lead, guide, and coach the development team.  Wow, that sounds an awful lot like a CSM.  A match made in heaven!

For this reason, Scrum has resonated both with my personal philosophy as well as professional career goals and although new to Agile methodologies, I have already begun to inspect, adapt, and transform my world of work.  With Scrum at my side, there is nothing that can't be transformed!

Lastly, a few words about me: I am perceptive, resourceful, confident, curious and adaptable.  I don’t cower in the face of change or challenge but prefer to face both head on. I am a risk taker and encourage others to be as well.
