Yaroslav Musiy
My professional journey began as an intern at a Global provider of the CRM solutions. I eventually took part in launching innovative product to UK and US markets. Having observed multiple Agile and Scrum tryouts throughout development teams, I decided to dive deep into Agile.
Joining the next company gave me enough drive to try to implement Agile & Lean principles in action. Process of continuous improvement for the team drove me further away into wanting to learn more about Agile methodologies and how they can transform a team into a well-oiled machine capable of taking on highest obstacles.
Having matured as a Project Manager eventually, I then managed numbers of small and big teams, each and every time trying to be a servant leader, not manager, improving and polishing both team's and mine understanding of Scrum.
Right now, while still taking care of Scrum process within my current team, I feel enough passion both to improve further, and help improving others.
