About

Title: Independent Contractor

Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise system implementations, business transformation, and operational change across regulated utilities, healthcare, public sector, workforce/HR, and retail environments.

Most recently, I have supported major technology modernization initiatives within ATCO's Gas and Electric operations, including a $112M+ CIS and Meter-to-Cash transformation replacing a 25+ year legacy environment. My work has spanned requirements analysis, current- and future-state process design, Target Operating Model development, business rules, user stories, testing/UAT, operational readiness, and implementation across enterprise platforms including Oracle CCS, Oracle ERP, IBM Maximo, and ESRI.

Earlier in my career, I worked across workforce transformation and workforce analytics at Alberta Health Services, partnering with operational leaders, HR, Labour Relations, Finance, and other stakeholders on province-wide initiatives involving staffing optimization, workforce planning, reporting, and organizational change.

My experience sits across business, process, people, and technology. I work with business leaders, subject matter experts, IT teams, vendors, and systems integrators to understand business problems, define requirements, improve processes, and support complex transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation.

I'm also developing deeper capability in data and AI governance, with a particular interest in how organizations establish practical governance frameworks while responsibly adopting emerging technologies.
