A Prince2 Project Management Practitioner with an MSc in Software Development I have managed IT projects in Europe and in the USA ranging from web sites to data and master data management systems, knowledge bases, federated search engines and statistical data warehouses. My experience spans the entire project life-cycle from initial business case to project closure.

As someone who by nature reaches across the aisle to build support with stakeholders my IT development approach is both supplier and customer oriented. I lean toward trust-building solutions, relying on user stories, rapid prototyping and agile processes to quickly meet evolving customer needs. As a quality-oriented person I also champion service management and governance strategies using ITIL and COBIT.

Not strictly limited to IT, I've also led cross-divisional teams dealing with shared problems in information management including data and metadata standards on statistics, geo-referencing, and bibliography as well as schema and data dictionary alignment.
