I am a enthusiastic technologist starting out my career in leadership and management of software development teams. With past and current employers I have had the opportunity to lead development teams of up to 12 developers however, such opportunities come with responsibility which I gladly accepted, tackled and excelled in handling.
My ability to always look on the bright side mixed in with confident communication and friendly personality allows me to constructively get on with a wide range of people in varying positions.
I bring strong analytical thinking to the table allowing me to challenge those around me and be able to either solve or foresee problems in a wide area of software development. Being innovative, open-minded and driven by the pure will to succeed I strongly encourage colleagues to succeed with me or even better, succeed more than me.
