Vinay Pasalkar

Vinay Pasalkar is a Advanced Certified ScrumMaster®,Certified Scrum Master®, PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation and SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite. He has a total of 13 + years of experience in different roles such as i.e.  Scrum master, Service Delivery Manager, and Agile transformation professional.

He also has core Development, Design and Consulting experience in SAP projects across multiple Implementation, AMS engagements as well as rollouts for customers in multiple geographies. In addition to having the core technical and functional knowledge of various modules in SAP, He has worked as the integration specialist wherein he has worked on multiple complex integration architecture Design, implementation & maintenance.

He has worked in Manufacturing, Chemicals, Natural resources, Utilities, telecommunications, Pharmaceutical business domains; facilitating & coaching the service teams to achieve the target of continuous business value adds. He has helped multiple global clients solve business issues and concerns using his technical and functional skills coupled with agile best practices.

In the past 5+ years, he has worked as a Service Delivery Manager for 2 large AMS engagements helping them to adapt the agile methodologies & achieve the target of best in class Service Delivery to its clients. He has promoted the culture of self-organization to achieve business growth for the organization. He has actively contributed to the adaption of agile & scrum practices and transforming the mindsets thereby improving the overall Service delivery quality of multiple engagements across organizations.
