I am experienced in leading/facilitating Product Development, Enhancement and Support projects with absolute attention on discovering, validating and managing Business, User, Functional and Non Functional Requirements. Experienced in writing use cases through detailing Normal, Alternative and exception paths.

Experienced in coaching and facilitating Agile Scrum, XP and Lean Practices that included below practices:

XP Practices implemented: We implemented XP principles that include “Pair Programming”, “Continuous Integration”, “Refactoring”, “Test Driven Development” etc.

Scrum Events implemented: We conducted Scrum events that include Product Backlog Grooming, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives.

Lean Principles implemented: We implemented Lean Principles like “Value Stream Mapping Method”, “Set Based Concurrent Engineering”, “Visual Task Boards” and used the lessons learnt in our sprint planning sessions. This enabled us reflect the lessons learnt at quickest possible time and thus we are able to deliver periodic features to our end customers.
