Valerie McLean

Valerie is an agile enthusiast - she loves to learn and help others flourish. She gets a buzz from the small things, the little changes that make a positive impact on individuals and teams. She has had great success introducing agile to teams previously stuck in a waterfall environment as well as working with scrum teams to improve understanding and ownership.

She promotes agile ways of working at an organisational level wherever she is to help encourage the sharing of ideas and experience and break down some of the cross-departmental barriers that can exist.

A week with Valerie will invariably involve some delicious home-baked goodies from her kitchen; successes are celebrated with cake and buttercream. She currently works as a scrum master and is an active member of the lean agile community in Glasgow.
