Vamsi Kiran Kapuganty

Vamsi Kiran Kapuganty is a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Scrum Product Owner, and has been working in agile projects from 2011 onwards. He has worked in a variety of projects that use scrum methodologies. As a scrum master, he has been instrumental in getting teams implement a process of inspect and adapt, using sprint retrospectives where the team collaborates to improve the process and quality of the increment. The same principle of empiricism has been also used in the sprint reviews where all stakeholders provide their feedback for the software increment thus enabling the team to maximize business value to meet the requirements of a dynamic business environment. He has also coached the product owner into maintaining a prioritized and well-groomed product backlog visible to all. He has coached the team into maintaining scrum artifacts, and also ensured that all the team has access to all the artifacts, and also ensured that the team has a common agreement about the entry and exit criteria. He has implemented various extreme programming practices such as test first programming. He has worked with multiple teams which are geographically separated.
