Vlado Grancaric

I have over 16 years’ experience in software delivery, architecture and development. I have gained experience in numerous industries and with some well-known Australian household brands such as Telstra, ANZ, NAB, Auspost, Redbubble just to name a few.


I have lead numerous cross-functional teams utilising agile practices and I am a certified scrum master. I have extensive experience across multiple technology stacks.

Having worn quite a few hats in my career. I have been lucky enough to be part of a team that was formed within an IT consultancy to establish a start-up which was to build out a product which met a specific need for their customers in the BCM (Business continuity management) space. The start-up called bamboo4bcm won a few awards and after 2 years was acquired. I headed delivery and architect of the solution from concept to delivery.


My core academic qualification includes a Bachelor of information technology (software engineering) from the University of South Australia in 2001. In recent years since moving to Melbourne from Adelaide – I have had a passion for start-ups - having enjoy attending numerous start-up events and meet-ups in the beginning. This translated to getting myself involved with some great early stage start-ups directly, as well as providing mentoring and leadership in my day job at a respected IT consultancy.
