Role and Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master/Iteration Manager was part of digital transformation program for end to end CRM implementation organization-wide.
Implemented Scrum frameworks and practices.
Facilitate, Coach and Train team on events like Sprint Planning, Daily scrums, Backlog refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Worked with team to arrive at DoR & DoD criteria and ensured team adhered to it.
ALM tools - JIRA and Confluence for effective communication, tracking and transparency
Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline.
Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholders
Ensure that any risks or issues identified were mitigated at the earliest and were communicated to all stake holders in time
Improving Team Maturity to higher levels.
