Victor Bogomolov is an IT manager and consultant with 10 years of experience in the IT industry and all stages of SDLC.
Victor started his career as a software engineer and then worked at different positions from a Project Manager to Managing Director of a gamedev studio and Consultant. Victor has experience of work with teams of different sizes and professional structure and with various customers from different domains and geographical regions.
Victor worked in all Scrum roles [Team Member, Scrum Master and Product Owner] during his career. Victor is a speaker at PM conferences.
