Scrum and Kanban

Tom has gained his many years of experience in Scrum and Kanban in different industry contexts. He accompanies teams and coaches roles such as product owners and scrum masters. His main interest is helping organizations build products that customers really love.

Coaching

He completed the ORSC Training Series (Organizational Realtionship Systems Coaching). This give him wide range of skills and tools to succesfully work with systems such as couples, teams or even whole departements.
ORSC is based on Systems Theory, Process Work, Family Systems Therapy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Quantum Physics, Co-Active Coaching™, and more. It’s an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program.

Communication

A high-quality, trusting, efficient exchange is important for every company. In his training sessions, he conveys with a great deal of commitment and experience how things can work better. Meeting moderation, retrospectives and visualization are very important to him.

Thinking outside of the box

Lego® Serious Play® and other methods that enable and promote creative thinking are important components when it comes to raising hidden potential in people, organizations and at product level.

Personal

His family organizes itself with the help of Personal Kanban. His little sons show him the meaning of "responding to change over following a plan" every day.
