Learn about purchasing for teams

Tyson Tiede, MS
Since 2013 I have been dedicated to the agile principles and values in every aspect of my career. During my journey, I have found that the most flexible well-known framework for taking-on complex initiatives while staying aligned with the agile manifesto is Scrum. Since dedicating my career to agile, I was fortunate enough to take my Certified Scrum Master class with Mike Beedle, who opened my eyes to the enterprise-level capabilities of Scrum. I have since used Scrum in every job I have held, including volunteer work for a church in my hometown Rensselaer, Indiana. I have worked with local and international teams, and on projects in every sector I know of (government, retail, manufacturing, education, technology, energy, and healthcare). Many of the companies I have consulted have been among the 100 largest in the United States, but I also have small and medium-sized business experience. I have found that no matter the product, industry, or culture, if the initiative isn’t 2D flat then there is a place for Scrum.
