Tom Stroobants More then 10 years of IT experience in Software development, analysis,project lead and project management of smaller and bigger IT projects specially in large companies (Belgacom, Persgroep). I'm a Microsoft (6), Cisco (1) and Sun (2) certified professional which gives me a broad knowledge not only on Software architecture but also an Hardware architecture. In my current job I'm J2EE Architect and Technical Lead which means that I decide what architecture should be used and which technology is the best to realise the goal. I have a very strong interest in new technologies such as Adobe Flex, Groovy (Grails), Ruby (on Rails) and Scala. I very big fan of Agile development, specially Continious Integration (Cruise Control & Hudson) and test driven development. Also Scrum haven proven his added value on the job !
