• Point of contact for business stakeholders to identify, define, and inform on key operational and strategic opportunities, all based on data mining and data insights
• Clarifying and refining complex business questions
• Executing the building of KPIs dashboards for business stakeholders (account managers, product managers, etc.)
• Assisting in the development and design of analyses and data solutions
• Providing feedback to engineering teams to improve data infrastructure to make analysis more efficient
