Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of evolving DevOps, Agile, and Product Management tools to navigate emerging obstacles. He is a skilled communicator and collaborator; able to forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders and internal team members to promote cohesion and enhance capacity.

The best measure of success is working software that delivers business value; therefore, he helps organizations and teams continually improve their product delivery through mindful agile practices that extend from concept to cash and business to technical teams.

As he likes to connect and communicate with the people who has interest in agility and to spread this to people that's why he founded Agile Tour Bangladesh community, which is approved user group of Agile Alliance & Scrum Alliance. He is also co-organizer of Business Agility Bangladesh Meetup which is authorized user group by Business Agility Institute. He is responsible for building community leaderships and coordinating and collaborating to arrange the monthly meet ups and other events or sessions.

He has also got speaking, volunteering & Organizing experiences for global and local Agile & Scrum events like Regional Scrum Gathering, Agile of East & Business Agility Conferences.

He has total 18 Years of Experiences, in which 10 years was in Design and Developing Software as an engineer and architect. Rest of 8 years in Leading Multiple teams as a Scrum Master, Product Owner and in Leading Agile Transformation as an Agile Coach.
