I have built my career primarily in management within the field of web service and application development for PC and smartphones. Over the past five years in particular, I have specialized in organizational improvement and team building based on agile methodologies such as Scrum and LeSS, and have managed teams of around 25 members.

In addition to project management, I have strong expertise in people management, and possess extensive experience in coordinating stakeholders across multiple departments and external partner companies. Leveraging my knowledge and experience in agile practices, I excel at driving on-the-ground, team-led process improvements.
