I am a Scrum Master and BAU Lead at NTUC LearningHub, currently driving the Biometric and Admin Dashboard projects
under the DT5 initiative. With a strong foundation as a Senior Software Engineer, I bring a unique combination of technical
expertise and Agile delivery leadership.
I specialize in managing end-to-end product delivery, ensuring continuous system improvement and operational stability for
business-critical platforms. As part of my BAU leadership role, I oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, stakeholder
coordination, and risk management while mentoring developers and ensuring seamless releases through effective CI/CD
pipelines.
Technically proficient in Python, Flask, Django, Node.js, AWS (EKS, Lambda, CodePipeline), and React/Angular, I
continue to contribute to architectural decisions and guide the transition of monolithic systems into microservices-based
solutions. My goal is to bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes, ensuring delivery excellence and
sustainable innovation within agile teams
