As a third party administrator, delivered on time and within budget two-phased application to securely communicate medical data points with vendors for two Accountable Care Programs (ACP) to the state of Washington - Health Care Authority (HCA). The medical application included the capability to manage the cost of care within their individual networks and to guarantee financial settlement success for the ACP’s with the WA HCA. Supplemented with Phase-two for 2017: eligible out-of-area members, additional provider network setup, and single sign-on from the ACP websites directly to Regence.com for provider search and member information.
