About
THE BEGINNINGS
After finishing my Master in Business, I started my career at the Austrian subsidiary of Aldi Süd, Hofer KG, where I worked as a Regional Sales Manager, before I was hired by a German personnel service provider, to build up the Czech market as a greenfield project. Six years later I left the company as Country Manager and proxy holder with responsibility for the whole CEE region including Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, the Baltics, Ukraine and Russia in order to found my own business.
THE PAST
I've founded the IT service provider TTP with two partners, leading the Munich holding company as CEO and Chairman of the BoD for around ten years. TTP had specialized in the implementation of complex IT solutions and the placement of IT specialists and since it was founded, quickly developed from a local start-up to an internationally acting SME with twelve locations and an annual sales revenue of around 70M€. The focus of my work was on maximum growth with the aim of positioning the company as a relevant European player with annual sales of more than 135M€ by 2024. In December 2021 I've retired from all positions and my partner has taken over the operational management of the group as sole director.
HOW THE SUCCESS STORY GOES ON
The ambitious and ultimately very successful growth of my company was made possible by using the right leadership mindset and techniques, which I also deal with as blogger, podcaster and speaker.
As an experienced professional with international background I nowadays support individuals, teams and organizations in the role of an Agile Coach and Scrum Master and help businesses to innovate, grow and go international in the role of a Scale- & Innovation Consultant and Mentor.
Since 2022 I am also sharing my knowledge and experience with interested students at the University of Applied Sciences in St. Pölten at the Institute for Digital Business & Innovation, the University of Applied Sciences for Management & Communication FHWien at the Department of Digital Economy as well as at the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) at the Department of Change Management.
I am a passionate networker, interested in leadership 4.0, innovation, scale-up ventures and digitization as well as digital education.
