Timothy Gallagher

Tim has been at the forefront of improving product development at Intel. He was the first person to bring Scrum, Kanban and Lean Product Development training to the Intel environment. He is one of the founders of Intel's first Agile conference and the co-founder of an Agile Industry Consortium. This has produced results such as faster cycles times, higher product quality and improved employee satisfaction. Tim founded the Intel Agile Coaching network which is a weekly forum for Agile practitioners to share success and challenges on their Agile journey. Tim also had experience applying Agile to non-traditional areas such as microprocessor design.
