- Tracy Dixon has over 15 years of experience as a Senior Program, Project & Resource Manager across multiple industries including insurance, field services, financial services, and technology.
- Tracy manages project, PMO, and technology work for multiple clients. She has extensive experience in both agile and waterfall project methodologies. Her recent work has focused on the delivery of web and mobile applications, human resource projects, PMO streamlining and efficiency, and process improvement efforts. Her most recent large mobility project of over $600K came in 10% under budget and was delivered several weeks early.
- Tracy actively participates on the board of the Northeast Florida Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has also served as Professor for degree-seeking project management students at the University of North Florida. She is also part of Centric’s PMP Certification teaching team.
