With over 10 years of  experience working /consulting for 3 different financial institutions & 3 different provincial governments I have developed leadership skills, experience and a reputation for success.  

As a Senior Manager, Change Enablement I bring agile experiences from previous roles  in Technology Consulting at Deloitte and Management Consulting at RBC to a role which focuses on enabling organizational change within the technology & operations group. I have held instrumental roles in several transformational initiatives across different areas of RBC,  including  Mortgage Operations, Personal & Commercial Banking, Digital Account Open, and Insurance Digitization. My deep knowledge and experience in technology consulting, backed by influential skills and attitude are the key factors in the success of my projects.
