My name is Stefan Wunder and I am a passionate Lean & Agile coach and trainer from Graz, Austria.
I have been applying Lean & Agile methodologies in various industries and contexts successfully and with passion since 2006.
I have a lot of experience in pioneering and driving organizational change initiatives, coaching teams at various maturity levels and stages of an Agile transition, supporting organizations on their way to reach hyper-productivity with Lean & Agile practices, mentoring Agile coaches, developing training strategies and carrying out training programs to organizations.
I have applied Lean & Agile methodologies in the scientific, software, telecommunications and automotive industry, in start-ups (10 employees), mid-sized companies (350 employees) and global enterprises (7500+ employees).
During my career I have been working as software developer, database developer, designer, usability engineer, business analyst, marketing manager, project manager, consultant, trainer, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Lean & Agile coach.
I have a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in software development and business economics from the University of Technology in Graz. I am Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
I am co-organizer of the Scrum User Group Graz.
