I believe that better digital solutions can fundamentally transform and develop businesses. My focus is always on delivering user benefits that also maximizes business value, by ensuring the right quality and to find the best solution for the conditions. I take great responsibility, work proactively and I am used to managing many projects simultaneously. I have expertise in usability, requirements definition, feasibility studies, skills development and digital strategy. As a communications strategist, I have the overall responsibility for the development and management of the central web services at Karolinska Institutet. I initiate and manage various projects aimed at developing the digital presence. As a Web Manager, I initiated and managed several development projects for the web service at KI, including the feasibility study for the selection of a new CMS and the implementation project for Drupal 7. I developed a model for Web governance to organize the roles for administrating the web site, including editors. As an information architect and UX consultant I was responsible for the user experience in various web projects. I worked with information design, architecture, interface and requirements through workshops and user analysis. The work also involved production of graphic sketches, wireframes, user stories, personas and product backlog.
