Shaun Webb

Shaun Webb has acted as a Product Owner and as a Scrum Master on development of Mobile Apps, Web Applications, and Windows applications. His experience with software development includes being responsible for pre-sales activities such as business analysis, scope of work identification and documentation, and identification of product goals. He has defined milestones and project timelines as well as worked to drive adoption of Agile methodologies in an organization. As a Product Owner he wrote, refined, and prioritized PBIs based on stakeholder feedback and lead project stand-up and sprint review meetings to communicate project vision and ensure business value was met. He ensured all stakeholders were kept updated on project status and set expectations with the stakeholders. As Scrum Master he facilitated the successful completion of projects by removing impediments, leading retrospectives and backlog refinement meetings, and leading the change to Agile development methodologies. He facilitated teams to drive adoption of Agile in an organization and worked to change the organization's procedures to facilitate the adoption of Agile.
