Senior Project Management Professional (PMP) Who Manages Multiple Software Development Projects Using Agile Scrum

As a Certified Scrum Master I assist project teams use Scrum, increasing the likelihood of the project’s overall success. I understand Scrum values, practices and applications. I provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of a typical project manager. I function as a “servant leader”, helping the rest of the Scrum team work together and learn the Scrum framework.

As a Certified Scrum Product Owner professional I typically am closest to the business side of the project. I am charged by the organisation to ‘get the product out’ and I am expected to do the best possible job of satisfying all the stakeholders’ needs. I maintain the product backlog and ensure that everyone understands and commit to their priorities.
