Stanislav Volovei

I was working as the Support engineer and malware technician for our small Start-up within TeamViewer called ITbrain. We were providing Remote Management services focused on Monitoring and Anti-Malware.
As a supporter of our services, my daily job was to find the customer problem and prioritize cases for escalation and communicate with the dev teams. With more than 5 years of experience in supporting various products and services and prioritising customer and technical problems, I applied for the Product Owner role for one of our development teams.

From 2017 until present day we achieved a very efficient model of working with Scrum.  My methodology is simple enough as to collaborate very efficiently with all developers I worked with. Simplicity and problem solving is at the core of my belief system. Although politics can play a role I try to minimize it as much as possible in my daily work. My goals moving forward with scrum is to apply it in new domains such as agriculture development and IoT. 

As hobbies, I enjoy tinkering with electronics and 3d printers. For outdoor activities, I like snowboarding in the Alps and swimming during hot summer days.
