Biography
Shashank Varma is a Certified Scrum Master with diversified professional experience of 7 years in Project Management and Software testing and methodologies. Started my career with Electronic Arts Games, as QA and later moved into project management, wherein I held roles in project coordination, team management, and stakeholder management. A majority of my work focused on delivering mobile games and embed deals across emerging markets worldwide (EMEA, LATAM, APAC and NA).
Currently I am working with Innroad Software Development Services Pvt. Ltd. as a full time Scrum Master, helping the teams on agile transformation. I work with multiple Scrum teams as part of this initiative.
