Stuart has conducted courses and workshops in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, USA and Canada. His clients include many large financial institutions and government agencies as well as small and medium-sized companies from a variety of industries.

Stuart bridges the disciplines of product development, organisational design and personal coaching. His background in software engineering combined with an ongoing fascination with communities and organisations as well as individual and collective change has led him to become a certified coach, mentor and trainer of anthro-complexity and agility.

Joining the Agile Community when arriving in Singapore, Stuart founded the Agile Singapore Conference in 2013 and organized it again in 2014. He has spoken at several international conferences, the largest being a plenary session for 1,100 delegates in Orlando, USA.

Stuart has been producing software for over 25 years and using Agile approaches and coaching organisational innovation for over 15 years. He has travelled the world, experiencing many different cultures and experiences. He still enjoys developing software and continues to evolve the FAST financial modelling standard largely adopted by the big accounting and auditing firms.

Stuart is a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®) with the Scrum Alliance®. This is the top tier in the Agile industry with just 218 people holding this status, globally. Stuart is also a volunteer member of the trainer assessment committee for Scrum Alliance, responsible for assessing, interviewing and approving new CSTs.

Stuart is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® (CPCC) with CTI and ACC with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). ICF is the most recognised professional coaching standard, globally.

Stuart is an OpenSpace Agility Trainer with OpenSpace Agility. Combining open space technology with concepts such as invitation, coaching and experimentation can rapidly accelerate increasing your agility.
