I am currently leading the transformational effort move to an agile product operational model for DXC Technologies IT organization. I act as Agile Coach and champion for the IT organization. I supervise and manage the IT Scrum Masters out of the IT Portfolio Management Office. I also drive agile best practices and provide guidance and training to teams implementing agile for the first time.
