 I am Currently aligned with the People Supply Chain Department at Larsen & Toubro Infotech as a Program Executive to ensure optimum Resource Utilization Across Delivery & Practice Units,Identification of GAPS in system vis-a-vis Resource mapping thereby reducing loss in billing, improving Net growth & Cost optimization. the Role Includes Creating  a Better system and process guidelines for Effective Demand management. As a part of Central resource allocation Management group my team is aligned to monitor all respective resource Managers, their Productivity and Ensure that they deliver to business Need by optimum fulfillment and proactive skill hiring for client in order to maintain a healthy Bench of supply resource for clients.

After receiving a Bachelors of technology in mechanical engineering from Sir Padampat Singhania University, I took a position as an Assistant Project Manager with Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. The work consisted of End to End Project execution, Monitoring & Issue resolution (Including Project material Reconciliation). My professional function was to conduct all of the research and produce optimum solution for Swift work execution and better material and Time Planning to conduct construction work. I was also aligned with the QMS team as a process engineer to ensure compliance towards ISO 9001:2015 and to ensure process improvement across functions to meet the business expectation and to ensure quality production.
