A Scrum age of 6+ years, serving as a QA professional in IT industry since the same period of time. Certified by ISTQB for Foundation, Agile, and Advance level (Test Manager) qualifications and now successfully completed Certified Scrum Master in June’16. I personally think "Scrum" is a generational Change. When teams move from the traditional Waterfall process to Agile practices, it’s not simply a process change; it requires a mindset change for everyone involved with the program or project. One should remember that "Change" is hard at the beginning, messy in the middle but surely gorgeous at the end. Let's Keep Being Agile!
