This is Sreedhar Shanmugavelu a Advance Certified Scrum MasterⓇ and Certified Scrum Product OwnerⓇ with over 19+ years of strong IT Industry experience in delivering of Software Products and Applications Projects for various clients like VXL Instruments, IBM ISS, General Motors, AT&T, Bank Of America, Union Bank of Switzerland and State Street.

Currently I am working as Sr. Scrum Master and helping organizations in bridging gaps using agile methodologies across IT teams, facilitating, coaching, mentoring and helping IT teams to become self organizing team to achieve larger organization goals and helped organizations to introduce agile methodologies across departments thus acting as change enabler and introducing agile processes in incremental phase manner.

I have served in various roles like Developer, System Analyst, Project Lead, Project Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach and worked in different domains like  Thin Clients, Internet Security, Automobile, Telecom and Banking. Since from 2013 I have been practicing Scrum and Kanban and delivered several projects successfully.
