Shouvik Sen

Shouvik Sen - I am having around 10 years of overall experience, almost 7 years as a scrum practitioner, currently working as Scrum Master. I am passionate about Scrum and love spreading awareness about this awesome framework by training & coaching teams & individuals. A Computer Science grad, I have led teams and strongly believe that trust is the foundation of building an effective team which can go beyond every boundary to achieve something wonderful together.

In my 7 years old scrum career, I have been experiencing various scenarios, ups and downs, success and failure, agreement and disagreement throughout and at almost every point that made me realize, how personal agility can help us make our life simple and more meaningful both in personal and professional front.

I take great interest in conducting training and coaching and wish to continue spreading awareness about scrum and the world of agility.
