Sebastian Schneider is an Agile Coach, System Thinker and Pulse Generator located near to Munich in Augsburg .

He started early to work with agile frameworks like Scrum (2005) and the evolutionary change management Kanban (2007) to define and support organizations on their way to agility. In doing so as a team coach, he helps teams in organizations shape the Scrum framework so that it can provide value in products in a volatile market.
