Steve Schmitz brings 23 years of experience in both the public and private sectors that include health insurance exchanges from six different states, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and over eight years working in Agile environments. In addition, he was the product owner for Health-e-App, the first web-based eligibility and enrollment system for a state-based CHIP program in the country. His roles have included agile coach, scrum master, product owner, business process engineer, functional lead, and business analysis manager.
