Simone Rastelli

Simone Rastelli: Graduated in Physics (another life, indeed), then walked through the trenches of software development, from edutainment multimedia (any of you remember "Director"?) to J2EE architecture. Tech team leader for several years, then a fresh restart in Quality Assurance Team: things appears awesome from such a point of view; sometime terrific.
Met XP through Beck book, then lot of books, lots of work with people, experiencing the troubles, fascinations, misteries and potentialities of team alchemy.
A strong belief in people and team and a deep curiosity feed my days. What I try to do every day, in a nutshell: empowering people, building team, helping them becoming well aware of their potentialities and assisiting in finding their way to excellence.
