Hi there, i've been building and delivering software for over 20 years for clients in Australia, UK, Asia, USA and Europe.
Projects delivered range from new internet banks to small application releases... $35m to $100k, banks to startups. I was a very early adopter of Agile back in 2000 and saw its power to deliver maximum value to clients.
My core belief on projects is that you cant manage people, you must manage tasks and inspire people to do those tasks... this is why I advocate SCRUM, because it is a project delivery methodology that recognises people, their skills and their motivation.
Outside work I run a couple of startups, love to play with my gorgeous family and race yachts across some of the roughest water on this planet!
