Sophie is a multilingual Agile professional with 6 years' experience in Agile project delivery in the NGO, Government and Commercial sectors. Starting her delivery career in project development for the international NGO, ACTED, in Jordan's Refugee camps and host communities, she then moved to work for a consulting firm providing Agile coaching and operations consultancy to various UK Government organisations. Gaining further experience in Agile and Lean to deliver digital applications, and stakeholder management, Sophie is now applying her experience as a Delivery Coach Consultant in the public sector.
