Sowjanya Prattipati
About
Have 14 yrs of experience in IT industry. Have been working on Agile projects from last 8 yrs in different roles.
Have been part of transitions of my clients and projects teams from Traditional to Agile methodologies.
Have started my stint in Agile projects as team member and worked as a Scrum Master, Member of Agile COE group, along the way. Have ran several successful Proof of Concepts for Agile/Scrum releases across different organization I have worked for, across different locations.
Had a great work experience with cross cultural and dealing with teams across different time zones.
While working with few start ups & big established companies got familiar with specific issues and conflicts, team members face in each type of organization.
Attending trainings and webinars helped me in relating the issues/conflict in my team and getting other point of view on resolving those.
"Agile is a change in mindset. So train your mind to be Agile."
