I have experience of delivering IT Business Solutions mainly in Passenger Service Systems area for Airline & Airport customers. I am adept at collaborating with customers & teams to facilitate early benefits realization for end users using Agile based approach Scrum. I recently completed my formal training on Scrum and passed the certification exam. Now i am aiming for CSP certification. I have in depth experience in software development, maintenance & support and procurement & implementation types of projects. ►Presently responsible for a projects lead; team size 5+. Key initiatives: --Airline Check-in and Boarding System, ,Reporting, Dashboards– Oracle 11g --Integrating Enterprise applications & services–XML --Testing ►Also managed Package & Acquisition projects and ensured: --successful outcome of RFPs with clearly stated requirements & service levels --solution design aligned with enterprise architecture ►Also maintained & supported Multiple Access Check-in & Boarding Systems at an International airport. --Coordinated with airlines, ground handlers, IT teams & vendors to deliver monthly releases to airline systems using Scrum. --Led incident free roll-out of Passenger Processing Systems at an International airport.
