Steve Minor is a Certified Scrum Master with over 15 years of IT experience. A graduate of Hennepin Technical College. Most of his career has been as a Software Developer. Having a technical background and being introduced to Scrum while still a team member has helped him be effective as a Scrum Master.
Steve has successfully served and coached teams utilizing Scrum/Agile principles. As a avid student of agile, he has spent a lot of time studying the origins of the principles and manifesto. He is well known for bringing out-of-box thinking along with plenty of humor and fun.
